Daniella is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, with strong litigation experience in in negligence claims and Third-Party Litigation, in both the High Court and Magistrates’ Court.
She also holds experience in Commercial Law, Trademark Registration, Administration of Estates, Family Law, registration of Trusts and registration and deregistration of Companies as well as other general litigation matters.
In addition to her Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB), Daniella also holds a cum laude Master’s Degree qualification in Medical Law and Ethics from the University of Pretoria.
Her strong litigation background has shaped her abilities as a skilled litigating professional, with interpersonal skills, as well as problem-solving and negotiating skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
She is fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English, with a moderate written and spoken level of understanding of the French language.
Daniella is part of the Ingenious Partners Implementation Team and ensures legal compliance for structures implemented for the Ingenious Group of clients.
Suhana is an admitted Attorney and began her working career as a practising attorney in 2008. Her main focus is contracts with a specialisation in vetting and drafting, compliance and compliance audits, drafting of legal letters, planning and managing insurance claims, personal injury claims, debt collection and managing external attorneys. She also has experience in managing company trusts and specific CSI projects. She has served on boards, participated in company executive committee meetings and chaired compliance committees to ensure excellent service delivery of external or outsourced work from companies.
She also has worked for Stadium Management SA where she drafted risk mitigation schedules for major events with attendances of up to 94 000 people.
Suhana holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal: Howard College and a LLB from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal: Pietermaritzburg. She also completed a Certificate in Compliance Management from the University of Johannesburg.
Suhana is responsible for post investment governance and support at Ingenious Equity. She is a qualified lawyer experienced in risk management and compliance. Suhana is also an avid supporter of women-entrepreneurship, inclusive growth and employment.
Mosa obtained a BCom Financial Management degree with distinction from the University of Pretoria in which she majored in Financial Management, Financial Accounting as well as Business Management.
She then went on to obtain a BCom Honours Degree in Financial Management specialising in Advanced Corporate Finance, Strategic Management Accounting, Corporate Performance and Risk Planning. She is currently pursuing a Chartered Global Management Accountant qualification with CIMA and has completed her Operational Level and thereby obtaining a Diploma in Management Accounting.
Mosa began her career at Discovery as a Financial Adviser. She was responsible for designing long-term financial plans for clients with a focus on young families. Her main areas of concern were medical aid, investments, life cover and insurance.
Mosa started off at Ingenious Equity as an intern where her duties focused on compliance administration, participating in portfolio company board meetings as a minute taker as well as client liaison. She supports Tumi and Suhana is currently overseeing the compliance of various funds and applying processes and procedures to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met. She is also responsible for the financial administration concerning the various funds as well as that of the company itself. She is passionate about job creation and supporting high-performance new entrants.
Goitse recently completed his studies at the University of Cape Town. He obtained a BCom degree with a specialisation in Finance and Applied Statistics. He also completed courses in Economics, Business Law and Computer Science. He is currently pursuing his CFA qualification and is a Level I candidate.
Goitse began his career with Ingenious Equity as an intern where his duties involved the financial administration of a Standard Bank powered ESD fund, setting up and managing an online file sharing system, participating in portfolio company board meetings as a minute taker, as well as performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
At Ingenious Equity, Goitse supports due diligence investigations on potential investments, including financial modelling and scenario analyses. Goitse desires to see economic transformation that leads to meaningful job creation.
